(*Note:The watch will not receive any text/call notification if you only connect it with your phone via Bluetooth but not “H Band” APP)

Check if the call/text/SNS notifications are able to display on your phone’s notification bar or not. If not, please allow them to pop-up on the notification bar via phone settings: Setting->Notifications-> ‘Phone’&’Messages’&’SNS app you need’->Tick the “Banners” and “Always Show Previews”.

Connect the watch with your phone via the “H Band” APP. Open the APP->Click the “watch” symbol below-> Click “Notification Reminder”->Turn on both “Notification permission” & “Access accessibility”(Android) or “Total Switch”(iPhone) above->Tick all the APP you need below. Go back to the homepage of APP and swipe down the screen to save the settings.
