HOW TO USE?

1.Strip & Insert

① Select the right size of connector for the wires.

② Strip the two wires to about 8mm.

③ Twist and insert into splice barrel in the middle.

2.Crimp

① Crimp the middle side of the connector.

① Crimping tool with gauge dots is better choice for this project.

3.Apply Heat

① Rotate the connector while applying heat until it reduces in size and the adhesive flows, filling gaps within the connector.

② For better result, you’d better use a heat gun.

4.Inspect & Done

① Inspect your waterproof quality connection.

② Allow the terminal to cool down for use.
