2.This camera only supports 2.4 GHZ WIF. it does not support 5 GHZ WIF

3. Before connecting this camera to WMIF, please make sure the WIFI signal strength is more than 85%, if the camera is far from the signal source, the first connection will not be successful. Place the camera and smartphone 3 feet (30 to 100 cm) away from the router to set up Wi-Fi.

4. If your router is connected to too many devices, the camera will not be able to connect to Wi-Fi due to IP address conflicts
