Q: Why does my camera say “Lens not attached” or can’t recognize?

Answer：This is a manual focus lens without electronic contacts. After installation, your camera does not recognize the lens. this is why showed this notice. Please switch to manual mode to use this lens . But some cameras still can’t work, then please setting menu: “No lens shutter” or close the shutter make it to work.

2. Why is my picture black or very blurry?

Answer

A：Pls Fine-tune the front focus ring to focus on the subject and take a sample image.If the image becomes dark, please follow the steps below to improve it: 1. Reduce the shutter speed from 1 / 500s to 1 / 100s or slower to 1/50, etc .; 2. Increase the ISO number from ISO 100 to ISO 200/400/800 etc .; 3. Use a remote shutter release and tripod to increase image stability; 4. Change the position to allow more ambient light to pass through the lens and into the camera’s image sensor.

3.Q why image white and too bright . how to setting ?

A：Pls adjust focus ring and then adjust more faster shutter speed, such as if your camera shutter speed on 1/100 seconds is white, then you change setting on 1/500 to 1/1000 seconds try one by one until see clearly image.
